Business Terms – B2B Business
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from LabDidakt ApS.
The equipment is intended for educational use and should not be used in any other context.
The product features and associated product images provided in the webshop are indicative and subject to errors and changes. Additional equipment pictured under the product is only included if stated in the product description. If you would like further information, please contact our customer service. Products without a price, or with a price of “0”, are generally not available for ordering in our webshop. We reserve the right to accept price errors, sold-out or discontinued products and delivery failures from suppliers. We reserve the right to reduce or reject an order without further justification.

Price and delivery
All prices are quoted excluding VAT, shipping and handling fees. We reserve the right to make errors and price changes from suppliers, which may result in decreases/increases in our retail prices without notice.
The following rates are valid as of November 28, 2024 for shipments to Denmark with the exception of non-bridged islands, and excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands:
Shipping and handling costs 59,- excl. VAT per order.
A fee of 30,- excl. VAT is also added if the order contains goods that must be sent as dangerous goods.
A fee of 30,- excl. VAT is added if the order contains particularly heavy goods.
Orders under 200,- are subject to a special small order fee of 30,-.
All fees will be stated on the order form when the order is placed in the webshop.
If there are items on backorder, the entire order will be shipped together when all items are in stock. If partial delivery is desired, this will be invoiced at 59,- per shipment.
For larger orders, special delivery terms can be agreed. Shipping costs to non-bridged islands, Greenland, the Faroe Islands and other countries are available upon request. Collection of orders only by prior arrangement.
The delivery time is normally 2-3 business days. However, longer delivery times can be expected in connection with public holidays and vacations. If it is important that you receive your order very quickly, you are welcome to contact us. If your ordered item is not in stock, you will receive an email as soon as possible with a new delivery date. If you order several products at the same time, the order will be shipped together. The delivery time for a combined order therefore depends on the ordered item with the longest delivery time.
Payment terms
If nothing has been agreed, the payment deadline is 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice sent. Payment after the due date will incur interest of 2% per current month. Until the invoice issued is paid in full, LabDidakt ApS retains ownership of the goods.
Right of withdrawal, complaints and appeals
Business customers and institutions have no right of withdrawal, but after prior agreement, goods can in some cases be returned. Specially procured goods and specially collected chemicals cannot be returned. Complaints about received shipments must be made no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods. After that, we reserve the right to reject the complaint. If the complaint is justified, LabDidakt ApS will refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the goods.
Disputes and lawsuits
Disputes and lawsuits must be settled according to Danish law and at the District Court in Aarhus.

Payment
LabDidakt ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa or Mobilepay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

LabDidakt ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
LabDidakt ApS’s own website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 2-3 business days.
LabDidakt ApS ships goods with the following: GLS – Business, GLS – Parcelshop
The shipping cost is calculated based on the order size and content.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without distribution” or “with distribution”.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will be responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 30 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@LabDidakt.dk. The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to LabDidakt ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Reklamationsret
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret på produkter i henhold til den danske købelov. Reklamationsretten gælder for alle fejl i software, materiale og fabrikation.
Reklamation vedr. fejl og mangler skal meddeles til LabDidakt ApS i rimelig tid efter varens modtagelse. Her anses max. to måneder som rimelig tid, med mindre andet er aftalt. Vi refunderer rimelige fragtomkostninger.
Reklamationen frafalder ved forkert eller ualmindelig betjening af produktet.
LabDidakt ApS dækker returneringsomkostningerne i rimeligt omfang.
